Eastern Summer Series #12 (12/01/2012)

A good fast start through 5, 3, 7 and 19. Then I had to make a decision on which 2 to leave out. I figured that 10 and 13 were longer to reach than the others in the southern part, and this allowed me to avoid major out and back running.
According to my GPS track, 17 was misplaced (on the larger stone field to the east). This was not a concern to me in the race, as I saw many people punching the control, so I ran straight towards it.
My pace in the second half was a bit slower due to some cross country running and hills.
I finished ahead of Bryan by 2.5 minutes, and 5 mins ahead of Blair. They both ran about 10.5km.
I think Geoff Hudson may have run 9.9km.
