Contour only punishment! (16/05/2014)

4th terrain run in Sweden and its contour only training. Hard but good fun. Totally had a lot of trouble working out what was up and down. Also learnt the importance of direction and following your direction in detailed areas and not getting distracted by things of to the side like on 10.
